We are located in Cairns, far north Queensland Australia.
Our beautiful, 13 hectre tropical style property is set among lush green mountains in Brinsmead - yet only 10 minutes drive from the Cairns CBD.
The church and school complex welcomes over 700 people on to the property most days of the week.
In church Sunday you can experience a lively time of praise and worship, followed by an inspiring, faith-filled message. Our message is Jesus saves - this is the message of Hope we have for our city.
Our mission statment Taking you there... is all about discipleship at every level; Our moto is safe, compasionate, yet challenging.
Training and educating people for life is what we love here at freshwater. Our Christian college provides quality education for spirit, mind and body.
We believe our best days are still ahead of us, with plans for a child care centre, retirement village, a new multipurpose church auditorium, new parks and gardens, a wedding chapel, reception centre, resource centre, prayer centre, undercover sports area - all adding to our exsisting buildings.
I trust we have painted a clean picture of the future direction that will focus our time, effort and resources and continue to move us foward, step by step, into our God given vision.
