Rock Eistedford

In 2007 our college competed in the regional rock eisteddfod competition, we received 11 awards and were blessed to win the overall competition. Our theme for the rock eisteddfod was the story of John Newton- Amazing Grace. Our costumes and stage designs were vibrant.

An African village was invaded by John Newton and his crew, the village people were stolen and forced into the slave trade. The story of John Newton consists of John being convicted of his sins during a violent storm at sea. He calls out to God for forgiveness, this story          “ Amazing Grace”  highlights the grace and glory of God.
